One more story has been selected for Issue #3 bring the count to 4. We will be going over our short list thus far and selecting a few more before the weekend is out.

I'd like to extend a heartfelt "Thank you" to the various writer's newsletters out there who have included Dark Recesses Deja Vu Horror Contest in their write ups. Full details for those interested in a chance at winning $500 plus goodies, can be found on the "Contest" page.

The deadline for regular submissions is February 28, 2006 — only another couple of weeks to get your work off to us.

The CD for issue #2 is available for purchase in our swag department and soon to be available from Shocklines as well. This issue's CD contains a high resolution printable copy of the magazine along with a spoken word story and the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader for ease of use.

All proceeds from the sale of advertising, the CD and Dark Recesses Press Swag goes directly back towards the authors and artists of Dark Recesses Press. We thank you for your support.
