One more story has been selected bringing the total up to eight. This leaves 4-7 spaces yet to be filled.

While I am still looking for shorter pieces and flash, the submissions are open to all stories up to 5k.

Two more stories have been selected bringing the total up to seven.

I would like to see some more submissions of flash pieces (500-800 words) and submissions under 2000 words.

I am temporarily holding two spots open for flash and three for pieces under 2k. However if no suitable submissions come in, those spaces will be freed up.

Two stories have made the cut thus far.

We still have 10-13 slots to fill, however we will be going over our present maybe pile and narrowing things down in the next couple of days filling more spaces as we go.

The artists have been put to work for the present selected pieces.

The submissions keep flowing in and the competition is getting tighter by the day. We are on track and everything is looking great for October 1st, 2005.

It's shaping up to be one hell of an issue.
