Well, submissions are closed for
Issue #3. We are just finalizing the last slot and then it's
a matter of putting this baby together.
We will be adjusing our reading
periods come the release of Issue #3 in order to better accommodate
our submitters and our editors. The response has been amazing
and we want to make sure that no submission goes unread.
We have also begun to offer story
artists a token payment of $5 along with their contact information
link hard coded into their artwork. Full details can be found
under the Submissions link.
You have just over 3 weeks
to grab your free non-printable, screen viewing copy
of Issue #2 - then it will be replaced by Issue #3. To get
your copy before it's gone, just click the cover image on
the home page.
Of course, it will still be available
in our Archives along with our
Debut Issue, through Shocklines.
Both issues are available from
Shocklines
with free shipping within the US. The CD's contain a high
resolution printable copy of the magazine along with a spoken
word story and the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader
for ease of use. Click our archives

A quick reminder that Dark
Recesses Deja Vu Horror Contest is still accepting
submissions until May 31st, 2006. Full details for those interested
in a chance at winning $500 plus goodies,
can be found on the "Contest"
page.
If you are interested in advertising
with Dark Recesses Press, details can be found under our
'Advertising' link. There you will find our extremely reasonable
rates and contact information. I can accept 'camera ready'
advertising artwork until the March 15th at the very latest.
Since we reach over a thousand people with
each issue, it is a cost effective way to promote your project.
All proceeds from the sale of advertising,
the CD and Dark Recesses Press Swag goes directly back towards
the authors and artists of Dark Recesses Press. We thank you
